one of our solution architects meets with you to discuss your exact needs, typically in the context of an in-person visit to your house.
after this meeting, our team develops an action plan and installation package tailored to your location.
we then make sure that you approve of our solution before moving forward to installation.

installation
our team of certified electricians and experts comes to your house and installs the hardware necessary for your specified level of automation.
if there’s any problem with this installation within 6 months, we’ll come out to fix it at no additional charge.
if you have want additional monitoring or changes, we also offer service packages.

service packages
we guarantee all our work already, but we also offer additional service packages. if you want us to make configuration changes beyond the initial install, and it you want us watching for any issues or faults, a continuing service package might be a good fit for you.
